Do you think it’s possible that our body actually expands with gained wisdom?  I’ve decided to make a personal correlation.  I believe that I am now so wise a sage that my body had to actually expand to store all the knowledge.

it could be the fudge.

Today was my first day offering Reiki to a couple of patients.  They were both very happy so maybe, just maybe, there is something to this.  I was only there 1 hour.  I don’t know how people do three-hour shifts standing on their feet like that. But maybe I’ll work up to it.  I was with each patient about 20 minutes.  I’m not sure if that’s the appropriate amount of time?  But that’s what I did.  So yay for me.

and now, I’m going to yoga.  Yes yoga.  I think it’s been 6 months since last I went.  Philip told me I just need to make it a priority (what a concept right?) so when Zenah asked if we could leave today at noon to take her to that place far far away, I said “no”…I know, I was a little nervous.  But she just said ok and didn’t even throw anything at me.  We’re going to go at 2:00.  I don’t believe I’m going to let her drive because of the rain.

This rain is unbelievable.  There are areas flooding, and we have a very puddle-ly back yard but enough already.  Our pool is less than an inch away from flooding over the side.  It is just something else.  I really do like the cooler temperatures but the amount of water coming out of the skies is something, really something.

Now I must publish this and go or else I’ll have yet another reason why I’ve missed yoga.

dear wise sage…or is it WIDE sage, you can always get a lil sump pump that you throw in the pool and hook up to a garden hose…it’ll keep your pool from overflowing…we have one and it’s quite handy. zen out
